March 7 and 8th is Purim!
Purim is the Jewish holiday that commemorates the saving of the Jewish people in the ancient Persian Empire from destruction by a plot by Haman, a story recorded in the Biblical Book of Esther (Megillat Esther). According to the Book of Esther, Haman, royal vizier to King Ahasuerus planned to kill the Jews, but his plans were foiled by Mordecai and Queen Esther. The day of deliverance became a day of feasting and rejoicing. Additionally, it is celebrated by throwing parties and dressing up in costumes to be happy.
Do you need some creative ideas of what to dress up as?
Woman Costume ideas:
#1: Princess!
if you can't find anything to wear, but need a last minute costume, be a princess! Take anyone of your fancier dresses (maybe from Prom) and match a princess to it.
For example,
you have a blue dress like this?
Then add a tiara, high heels, curl your hair and put it in a bun. You are now CINDERELLA!
#2 Cat:
Dress up in all black, make a tail, and add ears.
Also, to complete the look, add black on your nose using eyeliner, and also draw whiskers.
#3 Fortune Teller Costume

Wear a pouffy skirt
and a loose fitted shirt with a scarf draped around you.
Hair:
Crimp your hair to make it really big and put a scarf or some sort of fabric on top.
Jewlery:
